Bath Club Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Plan
Bath Club Membership
The Bath Club membership includes the following services:
- Bath sessions
- Brush-out sessions
- Nail trim services
- Ear cleaning services
- Registration fee waived for first-time registration
Bath Club Plus Membership
The Bath Club Plus membership includes all Bath Club services, plus the
following additional benefits:
- Personalized Bathing: Customized bathing sessions based on your pet’s specific needs
- Precision Facial & Hygiene Trimming
- Exclusive Discounts: Special discounts on selected products and grooming packages
- Priority Appointments: Faster access to booking and preferred scheduling
- Free pick-up and drop-off once a month, scheduled in advance and subject to the availability of our service slots
Note: Charges for the above services cannot be deducted from any grooming packages for Bath Club and Bath Club Plus members.
2. Subscription Management
Freezing Membership:
Members may freeze their subscription up to one time per year for a maximum
of 3 months. Bath Club freezes incur a USD 13 fee. Bath Club Plus freeze is
free of charge.
Upgrade/Downgrade: Membership can be adjusted without
extra charges.
Non-Transferable: Membership applies only to the registered pet.
Non-Refundable: Membership fees are non-refundable.
2.1. Membership Requests Confirmation
Upon your request via phone, WhatsApp, in person, or any other medium, for freezing or cancelling your membership, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email ID immediately. If no response is received from you on the same day, we will proceed with your request according to the terms and conditions outlined in the email.
3. Additional Services & Appointments
- Extra services will be charged at normal price as per Pet Arabia's current price list.
- Appointments require 72-hour advance booking. Bath Club Plus members enjoy priority scheduling as per the availability of the schedule.
- No walk-ins are accepted for Bath Club members.
4. Photo & Video Consent
By joining, you consent to Pet Arabia using photos and/or videos of your pet for marketing, website, and/or social media purposes without payment and/or further approval and/or consent.
5. Force Majeure
Pet Arabia is not liable for service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
6. Cancellation & Termination
- Request cancellation at least 5 days before the next payment to avoid charges.
- Membership may be terminated automatically if payment fails.
- Pet Arabia reserves the right to modify or cancel membership programs at any time.
7. Privacy & Data
Customer data is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
- Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
- Disputes are resolved exclusively in Wyoming courts.
9. Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Processing:
All payments are processed by Pet Arabia USA LLC in USD.
Payment processing providers may change without notice.
Bank Fees & Exchange Rates:
Customers are responsible for any additional bank or exchange fees.
Payment Methods:
Debit or credit card payments only.
Automatic Billing:
Your card will be automatically charged monthly.
Membership Start Date:
Membership begins on the initial payment date.
Payment Due Dates:
The payment is due on the same day each month as the initial payment. Months
without that date default to the end of the month. Please note:
- Whether or not you use the services during the subscription period, the monthly membership fee is non-refundable.
- If the payment fails, your pet is not eligible to receive any services under the Bath Club or Bath Club Plus membership until payment is successfully processed.
10. Appointment Policy
Appointments cannot be scheduled for the same day or time every week, and there are no fixed or favorite slots for bookings. Each session must be booked individually and is subject to availability.
11. Excessive Bathing
Pet Arabia reserves the right to limit the frequency of bathing services if a pet’s health, skin condition, or welfare may be affected by excessive bathing. Pet Arabia is not responsible for any adverse effects on your pet’s health due to excessive bathing.
12. Groomer/Bather Assignment
Members understand and agree that Pet Arabia may assign any available groomer or bather at its discretion. Requests for a specific groomer/bather or “favorite” assignment cannot be guaranteed
13. Appointment Reminders
Pet Arabia may provide reminders for scheduled appointments at its discretion. Members acknowledge that reminders are not guaranteed, and it is the member’s responsibility to track and attend appointments.
14. Health & Vaccination Requirements
By bringing your pet, you automatically consent that your pet has up-to-date vaccinations and is free from any contagious illness. Pet Arabia reserves the right to refuse service if a pet’s health condition poses a risk to other pets or staff.
15. Service Modifications
Pet Arabia reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
16. Late Arrival Policy
If a member arrives late for a scheduled appointment, Pet Arabia may shorten or reschedule the session. In case of significant lateness, Pet Arabia reserves the right not to provide the service. Missed appointments without prior notice will not be rescheduled.
17. Payment Reminder
Pet Arabia is not responsible for reminding members of upcoming payment dates. Members who plan to cancel their subscription after a month from joining must ensure they submit cancellation requests on time; failure to do so does not waive any charges.
18. Guest or Additional Pets
This membership is for the specific pet only, which is registered and has a photo on the membership card. Additional pets require separate membership registration.
19. Overnight Stay for Abandoned Pets
If a pet is left unattended after a scheduled grooming session or service, and is considered abandoned, an overnight stay will be charged at a rate of $100 per night. This charge applies to both Bath Club and Bath Club Plus members.
DISCLAIMER FORM
*Please Read*
Caring for your pet is a responsibility that we take VERY SERIOUSLY, but because we are working with living, breathing, moving animals it is necessary to have a release form signed prior to grooming.
1. PERMISSION TO SEEK VETERINARY CARE
If ill and/or injured, PET ARABIA has permission to call and/or take your pet to veterinarian of their choice, and expenses will be paid by the pet owner. PET ARABIA will not be held responsible for any sickness, injury and/or death caused by the pet to itself during grooming, from pre-existing health conditions, allergies, irritation, natural disaster and/or any illness a pet acquires due to never administered and/or expired vaccines.
2. INJURY DUE TO SKIN & COAT NEGLECT
PET ARABIA will not be held responsible for clipper burn, minor nicks and/or cuts, and/or irritation resulting from grooming of matted; neglected coats and/or pet possessing mild to severe skin allergies (including ears), nor will they be held responsible for stressful effect grooming may have on a pet.
3. PROTECTION FROM AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR
In the event that pet displays any aggressive behavior, the groomer reserves the right to use a muzzle, soft tape (for cats) and/or an Elizabethan collar to protect from injury. PET ARABIA has the right to return the pet to owner if displays uncontrollable aggressive behavior.
4. ADDITIONAL FEES
PET ARABIA reserves the right to charge additional fees for services they consider over and above the norm covered by their standard rates. Example: Severe aggressive and/or coat condition. PET ARABIA also reserve the right to refuse service to customers whose pet may pose a threat to them and/or other pets left in their care. Example: Severe aggressive, parasite infestation.
PET ARABIA has the right to provide flee & tick treatment if necessary and/or pet owner is liable for extra charges.
5. COMPENSATION CLAIMS
PET ARABIA will notify the owner regarding any vet cure charges while pet is under PET ARABIA’S care. The owner is liable to pay all expenses within 48 hours.
PET ARABIA will not be responsible for the color fading of pets for any period of time. After coloring the pets if the pets stain your personal belongings and/or individual, we are not liable for the same.
6. MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT
In case of any mishap happen with the groomer due to aggressive behavior of the animal, all the medical treatment and/or charges shall be borne by the owner.
7. VACCINATION
The vaccination documents and/or certificate is required from the owner. By bringing your pet to Pet Arabia, you are certifying that your pet doesn’t carry any contagious disease and/or illness that could be transmitted to other animals and/or human. Moreover, you are certifying that your pet is up to date with his/her vaccinations.
8. ADVERTISEMENT
Pet Arabia reserves the right of taking photos of pets before, during, and after being groomed. Photos of your pet may be used in any form of public advertisements and/or marketing material.
9. SENIOR PETS & HEALTH CONDITIONS
Grooming procedures for senior pets and/or pets with pre-existing medical conditions are performed at the owner’s risk. PET ARABIA will not be held liable for any complications arising during and/or after grooming due to age-related conditions, stress, and/or underlying health issues.
10. MAT REMOVAL CONSENT
In cases of severe matting, the owner understands and agrees that de-matting and/or shaving may cause skin irritation, redness, clipper marks, and/or reveal pre-existing skin conditions. PET ARABIA will not be responsible for any after-effects resulting from mat removal.
11. BEHAVIORAL STRESS & ANXIETY
Some pets may experience stress, anxiety, and/or behavioral changes during and/or after grooming. PET ARABIA shall not be held responsible for any stress-related reactions including but not limited to shaking, excessive panting, and/or temporary behavioral changes.
12. ACCIDENTAL ALLERGIC REACTIONS
PET ARABIA is not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by shampoos, conditioners, sprays, colognes, and/or grooming products unless previously disclosed in writing by the owner.
13. PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS DISCLOSURE
The owner agrees to disclose any known medical conditions, behavioral issues, bite history, allergies, and/or special handling requirements prior to grooming. PET ARABIA will not be liable for any issues arising from non-disclosure.
14. ACCIDENTAL ESCAPE OF PET
In the unlikely event that a pet escapes, runs away, and/or leaves the premises accidentally during and/or after grooming, PET ARABIA shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, illness, and/or consequences arising from such incident. The owner acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with such occurrence.
