Membership Terms and Conditions


1. Bath Club Membership:

  • The Bath Club membership includes:

  1. Unlimited bath sessions

  2. Brush-out sessions

  3. Nail trim services

  4. Ear cleaning services

  5. Hygiene trim for cats only

  • Registration Fee is waived for first-time registration.

  • Note: The charges for the above-mentioned services will not be deducted from any grooming packages for Bath Club members.


    2. Non-Transferable Membership:

    • The Bath Club subscription is valid only for the registered pet specified membership ID card.


    3. Non-Refundable Membership:

    • Membership fees are non-refundable. Non-usage of services does not warrant early termination or refunds. Pet Arabia is not obligated to notify members of non-usage.


    4. Additional Services:

    • Any additional services will be charged at full price with no discounts. Charges for additional services cannot be deducted from Bath Club membership fees.


    5. Appointment Policy:

    • Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance; no walk-ins are accepted. Appointments are subject to branch availability.


    6. Photo/Video Policy:

    • By agreeing to these terms, you grant Pet Arabia permission to use your pet's photographs or videos for publications, website, social media, and video without payment or liability.


    7. Force Majeure Clause:

    • Pet Arabia is not liable for failure to deliver services due to factors beyond its control.


    8. Cancellation and Termination:

    • Members can request cancellation at least 5 days before the next deduction to avoid charges. Membership will be automatically terminated if payment fails during the subscription period.

    • Pet Arabia has the right to stop the Bath Club membership program and/or cancel your subscription/membership for Bath Club at Pet Arabia's discretion at any time without prior notice. Once the membership is cancelled for any reason, your credit card / debit card will no longer be charged.


    9. Privacy and Data Usage:

    • Customer data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.


    10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

    • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.


    11. Updates to Terms:

    • These terms may be updated periodically. Customers will be notified of changes via email or website notification.


    12. Customer Responsibilities:

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, adhering to appointment policies, and maintaining the security of their membership card.

    Payment Terms and Conditions:


    1. Payment Processing:

    • All payments on this website are processed by Pet Arabia USA LLC. By making a payment, you agree to be charged in United States Dollars (USD). Pet Arabia USA LLC reserves the right to change its payment processing provider without notice.


    2. Bank Fees and Exchange Rates:

    • Pet Arabia USA LLC and Pet Arabia Co. WLL are not responsible for any additional bank fees, including exchange rate fees, incurred during transactions. Any such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.


    3. Payment Method:

    • Payments must be made using your debit/credit card.


    4. Automatic Billing:

    • The debit/credit card used for the initial payment will be automatically charged the same amount every month in US Dollars once the subscription starts.


    5. First Membership Fee:

    • The first membership fee will be debited from your debit/credit card on the day you subscribe to the service.


    6. Membership Start Date:

    • Your membership will commence on the same day you make your initial payment.


    7. Freezing Membership:

    • Membership can be frozen for a maximum of 3 months with a fee of USD 13 per freezing.

    • Freezing must be requested at least 5 working days before the debit date of your card.

    • This freezing option is available once annually and will start on the debit day of your card.


    8. Payment Due Dates:

    • Payment due dates will be the same day/date as the initial payment day of each month.

    • For months without the corresponding date (e.g., 29th, 30th, 31st), the due date will be at the end of that month.


    9. Cancellation/Termination:

    • You can request cancellation or termination of your subscription at least 5 days before the next deduction to avoid charges.


    10. No Cancellation Charge:

    • There is no charge for cancelling or terminating your membership.

    11. Automatic Termination:

    • Membership will be automatically terminated if payment fails during the subscription period.

    • Cardholders are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on the debit day.
