BathClub – Terms & Conditions

1. Disclaimer & Release Form

Caring for pets is a responsibility we take very seriously. As grooming involves working with living animals, by clicking the checkbox during payment, you agree to the following:

  1. Permission to Seek Veterinary Care
    • If your pet becomes ill or injured, Pet Arabia may contact or take your pet to a veterinarian of our choice.
    • All veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the pet owner.
    • Pet Arabia is not liable for illness, injury, or death caused by pre-existing conditions, allergies, irritation, lack of or expired vaccinations, or natural disasters.
  2. Injury Due to Skin & Coat Neglect
    • Pet Arabia is not responsible for clipper burns, minor cuts, or irritation caused by grooming matted or neglected coats, or pets with skin allergies.
    • Stress-related effects from grooming are also not the responsibility of Pet Arabia.
  3. Protection from Aggressive Behavior
    • If a pet displays aggression, the groomer may use a muzzle, soft tape (for cats), or an Elizabethan collar to prevent injury.
    • Pets showing uncontrollable aggressive behavior may be returned to the owner.
  4. Additional Fees
    • Pet Arabia may charge extra fees for severe coat conditions, aggression, or other services beyond standard rates.
    • Flea and tick treatments may be applied when necessary, at the owner’s expense.
    • Service may be refused if a pet poses a threat to staff or other pets.
  5. Compensation & Veterinary Charges
    • Owners are responsible for veterinary charges incurred while the pet is in Pet Arabia’s care. Payment is due within 48 hours of notification.
  6. Abandoned Pets
    • Pets not picked up on the day of grooming will be boarded at BD 30 per night.
    • If uncollected after 14 days, Pet Arabia may place the pet in a suitable home after one SMS notification.
  7. Medical Reimbursement
    • Any medical treatment required due to aggressive behavior of the pet will be the responsibility of the owner.
  8. Vaccinations
    • Pet vaccination documents are required. By bringing your pet, you confirm your pet is healthy, vaccinated, and free of contagious diseases.
  9. Advertising
    • Pet Arabia may photograph or record pets before, during, or after grooming for promotional use.
Bath Club Membership

The Bath Club membership includes the following services:

  •   Unlimited bath sessions
  •   Unlimited brush-out sessions
  •   Unlimited nail trim services
  •   Unlimited ear cleaning services
  •    Registration fee waived for first-time registration
  •   Unlimited ear cleaning services
Note: Charges for the above services cannot be deducted from any grooming packages for Bath Club members.
Bath Club Plus Membership

The Bath Club Plus membership includes all Bath Club services, plus the following additional benefits:

  •   Unlimited Personalized Bathing: Customized bathing sessions based on your pet’s specific needs
  •   Unlimited Precision Facial Trimming
  •   Exclusive Discounts: Special discounts on selected products and grooming packages
  •   Priority Appointments: Faster access to booking and preferred scheduling

2. Membership Plan 

3. Subscription Management

  • Freezing Membership:
    • Bath Club: Up to 3 months with a USD 13 fee per freeze.
    • Bath Club Plus: Freeze up to 3 times/year at no cost; additional freezes incur USD 13.
  • Upgrade/Downgrade: Membership can be adjusted without extra charges.
  • Non-Transferable: Membership applies only to the registered pet.
  • Non-Refundable: Membership fees are non-refundable.

4. Additional Services & Appointments

  • Extra services charged at full price; discounts apply only to Bath Club Plus members.
  • Appointments require 72-hour advance booking. Bath Club Plus members enjoy priority scheduling.
  • No walk-ins are accepted for Bath Club members.

5. Photo & Video Policy

  • Pet Arabia may use photos or videos of your pet for marketing, website, or social media without payment.

6. Force Majeure

  • Pet Arabia is not liable for service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Cancellation & Termination

  • Request cancellation at least 5 days before the next payment to avoid charges.
  • Membership may be terminated automatically if payment fails.
  • Pet Arabia reserves the right to modify or cancel membership programs at any time.

8. Privacy & Data

  • Customer data is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

  • Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
  • Disputes are resolved exclusively in Wyoming courts.

10. Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment Processing:
    • All payments are processed by Pet Arabia USA LLC in USD.
    • Payment processing providers may change without notice.
  2. Bank Fees & Exchange Rates:
    • Customers are responsible for any additional bank or exchange fees.
  3. Payment Methods:
    • Debit or credit card payments only.
  4. Automatic Billing:
    • Your card will be automatically charged monthly.
  5. Membership Start Date:
    • Membership begins on the initial payment date.
  6. Freezing Membership:
    • Bath Club: Max 3 months/year at USD 13 per freeze.
    • Bath Club Plus: Up to 3 freezes/year at no cost; additional freezes USD 13.
    • Freeze requests must be made at least 5 working days before the debit date.
  7. Payment Due Dates:
    • Due date is the same day each month as the initial payment. Months without that date default to the end of the month.
  8. Cancellation / Termination:
    • Requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the next payment.
    • Membership terminates automatically if payment fails.
